We hope that you will enjoy any Friends of Friendless Churches event or activity that you book for. But we know that sometimes things change, and you might need to cancel your place. If so, please let us know!
Many of our events and activities are over-subscribed. If, at any point before the day, you know you are no longer able to attend, please tell us. We may be able to offer your place to someone on the waiting list.
If you need to cancel, the following terms and conditions apply:
If you need to cancel your place at a Friends of Friendless Churches event or activity, please email us at office@fofc.org.uk or call us at 020 4520 4458.
If you cancel more than 14 days before the event or activity date, you will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the event or activity date.
If the FoFC has to cancel an event or activity, we will refund you in full.
If we have to postpone or reschedule an event or activity, move it to a different venue, or make another substantial change which means that you are no longer able to attend, we will refund you in full.

Any transfers are entirely at the FoFC’s discretion.
We are not able to swap your booking to a different event or activity.
